By purchasing from NKB Studio Corp, you agree to the following terms:
Custom Artwork
All work is custom-made, based on the reference and instructions you provide. If not enough information is submitted, the artist will make creative decisions on your behalf. This may result in additional charges or adjustments to the final price.
Once work begins, orders are non-refundable. You may cancel within 24 hours if no work has started. Before the final piece is shipped, we provide a sketch or digital preview for your review. This gives you the opportunity to request minor changes to ensure satisfaction, up to two times. A 50% surcharge applies if you're unhappy with the final result and wish not to have the product shipped. No refunds are given after shipping. A picture will be provide when the product is done to protect the buyer and the supplier from any defects pre-shipping.
Shipping policy
We ship across the United States. Shipping times vary depending on location and season, but most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 weeks after approval of the final artwork.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. Please verify your address before placing an order.
Refund
Custom artwork is non-refundable after the creative process begins. You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund (if work has not started). After the piece is completed and approved, a 50% surcharge will apply if you choose not to have it shipped. No refunds are provided after shipping.
If an item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.
Copyright
All artwork remains the property of NKB Studio Corp and may be used in our portfolio or marketing unless requested otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce or resell the artwork without permission.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
