By purchasing from NKB Studio Corp, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping

At NKB Studio, each piece of artwork is made to order with care and precision. Once you place your order, please allow 4 to 10 weeks for the artwork to be completed, depending on the level of detail and customization requested. If there is a delay in, and work is not completed in 10 weeks, customer will receive 10% discount out of original price. Incase the artist cannot complete the work, costumer will receive a full refund.

Protection during shipping

After the artwork is finalized and approved, it is thoroughly protected before shipping: each piece is sprayed with a protective sealant, covered with parchment paper to prevent smudging or sticking, placed in a secure sleeve, and rolled into a durable shipping tube. We exclusively use UPS Prime delivery to ensure your artwork is handled safely and arrives promptly. This guarantees both tracking and added care during transit, helping to ensure the artwork reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery and damages

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 weeks after processing, depending on your location and shipping conditions. Shipping fees include all packaging materials and insurance coverage for any loss or damage. If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos if applicable—we’ll work with you to provide a suitable replacement or partial refund. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses. Currently, we ship only within the United States.
